Aragog the Spider
Was an acromantula
With 8 furry legs the size of trees
And a thousand eyes made out of coal
Aragog the Spider
Is a fairytale they say
He was made from love
But Harry Potter knows
How he came to school one day
There must have been some magic
In the words that traveller said
For when they entered Hagrids head
He began to dance around
Aragog the Spider
Was alive as he could be
And Dumbledore would say
you could laugh and play
But let the forest be

Knew he had to run away
So he left Hagrid
and that he did
on that christmas-eve day
Down to the forest
With a broomstick in his hand
Hagrid chased after him, but he just ran
Saying catch me if you can
He led him down into the dark forest
Right to a big clearing
And he only paused a moment when
He heard him holler stop

Hated to leave Hagrid this way
But he waved goodbye
Saying don't you cry
I'll be back again some day
