Castles
With a new love in the dawn of spring
I lay in my room, false light grows dim.
Moonbeams and starlight pass through the glass
Of the windows to the outside where the days and nights pass.
Lay beneath the midnight sun
As it lays to sleep it lays down its love
Leave room for me to dream
With you within these walls.
This timeless image of shadows through trees
And the music of heaven puts us to sleep
There's no need to dream in our starry moonlight
We'll love and lie awake in our castles for the night.
