Ghost
Doug MacLeod
I chase a ghost, and I'm tired of all my running
I seek forgiveness, when I know there ain't none coming
Why do I feel I got to make up for what I never did wrong?
Seeking acceptance from the ghost who's long gone
This long chase has surely taken it's toll
Made enemies from friends and I watched it empty my soul
So, I will forgive, and seek the ghost no more
I will lay this burden down, and continue on my road
