and it made me think of

Today I talked to an old friend
and we were both surprised with how we've changed
but also how we've stayed the same
And now I know just where things went wrong
I feel like I'm in one of those songs that goes,

doot doot do dododododo"
but no one sings along
so I'm just singing alone.

I'm always singing along.
