Through ice and sleet and snow
Now Ive finally found you I will never let you go
Ive been broken into pieces
And frightened like a child
Hiding in the blackness of the darkness of the night
I love you more than dreams, and poetry
More than laughter more than tears, more than mystery
I love you more than rhythm, more than song
I love you more with every breath I draw
In the blackness of the darkness
There are no shadows cast
People are but phantoms and
The hours never pass
But your love is furious
And your love so hot it burns
Love is mysterious
It cuts too deep for words
I love you more than dreams, and poetry
