Push Comes to Shove
Vince Bell
no one talks to you,
you don't talk to them.
you've stood in this line before.
then circumstantial you
push consequently her.
no doubt, they'd prefer
a shove in the direction of love.
and so she talks to you.
bet you're feeling good.
'cause later,
it's like you never happened at all.
such pretty eyes,
like stars above.
maybe you should give her
a shove in the direction of love,
shove in the direction of love.
now she comes to see you
open up your heart
to the love
you share when you're apart.
and she comforts you,
and she turns you on.
when she says
she needs a little
shove in the direction of love.
shove in the direction of love.
