Remember Me
Daniel O'Donnell
I was born in Bethlehem many years ago,
And my Father sent me down to change the world we know,
I preformed some miracles I brought love and peace,
And I'm the reason for Christmas day so please remember me.
Remember me when you raise your glass,
Remember me I died for you on a cross,
When you un-wrap your Christmas gifts,
And your heart is filled with glee.
Take a moment to set aside and just remember me,
Just remember me.
I'm beside you everyday in everything you do,
And even though you can't see me,
I'm there to help you through,
I watch you laugh and I watch you cry,
I try to make you see,
I don't want anything in return but just remember me.
Remember me when you raise your glass,
Remember me I died for you on a cross,
When you un-wrap your Christmas gifts,
And your heart is filled with glee.
Take a moment to set aside and just remember me,
Just remember me, just remember me.
