Here comes the dawn
the new day has begun
dew drops drip from the leaves
then out comes the sun
i step outside
then the rays shine down on me
with a light so bright i cannot see
there are no clouds above
or a single shade of grey
the sky is clear on this day
There's a world of possibility
but in the hot sunlight
I know not what i'm to be
Yes the sun has shown today
that in it's blinding light
i've lost my way
