Stupid Tango
The Poems
I saw your face at the end of my cup
You smiled and you said
"You should have another coffee,
It'll help you wake up
And then we can dance"
So we danced
And we danced and we danced.
Yep, we danced
And danced and danced.
I heard your voice
At my window last night
You whispered and said
"You got to stop that dreaming
And just get out of bed"
And then we can dance
You took my hand
And we danced and we danced
Yeah we danced and we danced and We danced
I saw a light at the end of the road
Saw it burning bright
I'm doing 5 miles an hour
And theres 60 to go
I'll be running all night
I took a chance
And we danced and we danced
Well I close my eyes
And I look inside.
Where I've lost mind
There's no where to hide
I'm so
Dumb dumb dumb
