The Remorse, Denied
Alchemists of Darkness
Remembrance
worths nothing,
once the pain
sets its eyes on you.
I wouldn't have believed it back then,
I was innocent so it all fell through.
Remorse is denied.
We've already cried.
Decaying words
cling to my little world.
The ghost inside
has set me aside.
Burnt are the ashes
of what I used to be.
A grey silhouette
cast a shadow of me.
Drown be the
recent incident.
At the heart
good times always remain.
I wouldn't have cared of it back then,
I was just a child so the ghost concealed the truth.
The pain is declined.
A family dies.
I'm not that courageous,
my heart is being drained,
the soul beholds ashamed.
My heart's waning,
fading in haze,
is this the end of the phase?
The veins still strive,
down in my world.
This black sky won't let me go.
But I'm alive despite this life,
my way home's still unknown
the way I've grown, it's not my own.
