Wishing Well
the loneliest boy on the east side of town
　　writes a note to the one he adores
　　the loveliest girl on the west side, she frowns
　　at every word, she's convinced he's a bore
　　
　　but he tells himself, he should not give in
　　even though she's ignoring him
　　
　　because love is blind
　　he doesn't mind
　　if she's broken bones
　　with her heart of stone
　　still he's wondering now
　　if his luck ran out
　　that day he fell
　　into the wishing well
　　
　　the loneliest boy at the funfair in town
　　showing off in a blue bumper car
　　the loveliest girl on the merry-go-round
　　makes his head spin, he crashes his heart
