This War Machine
Tell me how could that be we have never seen it there
Crawling like a serpent on our way
Bite by bite we've torn apart what once was ours to share
Never seen when white has turned grey
Every little bitter word and every little lie
Fallen on our world like silent bombs
Till we finally couldn't carry that burden anymore
And our life has crumbled to the ground
This war machine we have taken too far
Wouldn't want to hear the warning

Building spires from stone and glass we reach out for the sky
Plundering all the things we could not buy
Once we've heard "replenish earth subdue it" and there we are
