Wait For The Lord
The seed is the Word of God (Luke 8:11)
When you sow it some will fall
On the path and on the rocks (Luke 8:5-6)
In the thorns and good soil (Luke 8:7-8)
We plant and water the seed
Only God who gives the growth is anything (1 Cor. 3:6-7)
So don't be
Anxious about a thing, in supplication
Make your requests known to God
Oh and His peace
Beyond understanding, will guard your heart
And mind in Christ Jesus (Phil. 4:6-7)

Some won't understand the Word
Their seed the devil takes (Matt. 13:9)
Some believe for a while
When tried they fall away (Luke 8:13)
Some are choked by the riches of this world (Luke 8:14)
Some bear fruit and yield a hundredfold (Matt. 13:23)
