Without Electricity
The Brave Optimistic
Our relationship is slipping, slipping on the ice
I'm in need of some wise words, words of advice
All I ever do is anything but talk to you, but I need to now
Without electricity, we'd watch tv by candlelight
And you never talk to me, and I just don't think that is right
We could go play mini golf or go for walks in the park
We could go and see movie, we'd kiss in the dark
This will never last, the physical it comes too fast, and the rest too slow
Feeling unfulfilled is what I'm getting used to feeling
And even if the power goes out, we'd leave the tv blaring
Can't hold a conversation, diary pages are left empty
Is it the physical attraction that left me like this diary
