A resource based ecomomy
Is a scientific term
About building things that last long
And building them well
About living free of money
Advertising and corruption
Religion greed and TV screens
And profit thats surrounding them
Where no one gets ripped off
And in turn no one gets pissed off
In fact everybody gets on really well
But if you give a man an inch he'll take a mile
It's exactly the same with a penny and a pound
So half the world is thirsty
The other half have plenty
And no ones gonna stop you going round
It might sound like hippy bullshit
But maybe it could work
We use all our great technology
To conect with mother earth
We conserve our energy
And distribute it fairly
Theres more than enough to go around
Where no one has to work
And we all wear robes and wank each other off
And everybody gets on really well
But if you give a man a fish he'll eat today
If you teach him how to fish
He'll probably screw you over one day
And a big rise of tuition fees
Means a country full of stupid kids
Maybe we can find another way
