Why does the water taste like pee?
it's warm and salty all over me
must've been those 5 muscle relaxers I ate
now we're all in the water except for man'o'war
floating through the waves in South Miami
after midnight and all the lights are on
all those hotels really brighten up the beach
but I wouldn't miss them
we swam real far away from the beach
but we were still standing with our toes in the sand
the water probably helped Johnny's pneumonia
all that phlegm and sputum came up out of his lungs
just a sick little boy in South Miami
bobbing there underneath the stars
when we got home the doctor said that he probably would've died
if we were gone much longer
